William C. Wagner, CPA
Mr. Wagner is a sole practitioner from the Pittsburgh, PA area. He formerly worked for Main Lafrentz & Co. (now part of KPMG Peat Marwick), as Manager in Audit and Management Advisory Services. He has also served as treasurer of Salem College in Salem, WV and Seton Hill College in Greensburg, PA. Mr. Wagner is a discussion leader for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has received numerous awards from various state societies for his presentations. Recognized nationally as one of the top discussion leaders by the AICPA, Mr. Wagner speaks on topics ranging from small business services (compilation, review, audit and related topics), to governments and nonprofits including the Single Audit issues relating to government grants.
